We provide Advanced Directive support in a series of 2 meetings. The first is spent going over wishes and end-of-life choices. A follow-up meeting is spent answering any questions, reviewing the formalized plan, and discussing next steps.

Life Review and
Legacy Work
This package is ideal for those wanting to focus on exploration of meaning and legacy work, who are not in need of support during the final days.
What's Included:
Access to us via e-mail and text with response within 24 hrs
An initial 2-hour visit to discuss goals, plans, and support
Life review work with dying person, to support their exploration of meaning
Development and planning of a legacy project to be enacted by the dying person and/or their family
Each visit includes a brief guided-imagery journey or meditation (typically at the end of the session)
10 minute check-in calls in between sessions

$600 (6 visits of approx 1-1.5 hrs)
Life Review and
Vigil Planning
This package is ideal for those who wish to plan for the final days of the dying person, but does not include costs for Vigil Support (which are detailed below).
What's Included:
Access to us via e-mail and text with response within 24 hrs
An initial 2-hour visit to discuss goals, plans, and support
Life review work with dying person, to support their exploration of meaning
Development and writing of a vigil plan
Initiation of vigil plan when active dying process begins
Each visit includes a brief guided-imagery journey or meditation (typically at the end of the session)
10 minute check-in calls in between sessions

$750 (8 visits of approx 1-1.5 hrs)
Life Review,

and Vigil Planning
This package is our most comprehensive, including both legacy work and preparation for Vigil. It does not include costs for Vigil Support (which are detailed below).
What's Included:

An initial 2-hour visit to discuss goals, plans, and support
Life review work with dying person, to support their exploration of meaning
Development and planning of a legacy project to be enacted by the dying person and/or their family
Development and writing of a vigil plan.
Initiation of vigil plan when imminent death is anticipated
Each visit includes a brief guided-imagery journey or meditation (typically at the end of the session)
10 minute check-in calls in between sessions

$1000 (11 visits of approx 1-1.5 hrs)
Vigil Support
In addition to the packages listed above, we offer various levels of support during the time of active dying which are based on the needs of the dying person and their loved ones.
Included in each package: ​

Support and Guidance to ensure the vigil plan is carried out as intended
Respite for caregivers
Anticipatory Grief work with family, care givers, and loved ones
6-8 weeks after the death, the doulas will meet with loved ones to reprocess
the experience and begin initial grief work and resources
Tier 1 ($950)
Approximately 2 hours/day​ vigil support with a Doula present for up to 5 days
Tier 2 ($1900)
Approximately 4 hours/day vigil support with a Doula present for up to 5 days
Tier 3 ($2900)
Approximately 6 hours/day​ vigil support with a Doula present for up to 5 days
In person End of Life Doula support is available for those who live in Portland, Oregon, and the surrounding area.
Additional Offerings
Single Sessions

Living Wake
Living Wakes or Funerals offer the dying and their loved ones a chance to gather, share memories, and reflect together. This is a powerful experience and creates a lasting memory for anyone involved. More Info
Grief Circle for a Sudden or
Past Death of a Loved One
Grief is a necessary process for our well-being. Creating a ritual container to house this process can be very healing for those who are still grieving weeks, months, or years after the death. More Info
